Cranial Structures
An educational film.
An exploration of the differences in cranial structures between the herbivores and carnivores. In this film, we discuss the differences in diet, teeth, jaw structures, and musculature.
Together with professor Arie Terlouw, we made an updated version of an educational film he shows during a biology class at the Wageningen University.
I was able to use many different skulls they had in storage, and I photographed these in different angles and lighting conditions. Just showing the cranial structures was going to be boring, so I made sure to include plenty of animals and animations to explain the content better.
They still show this film and the students really enjoy it.
